Description
The Acute Care including IDU management and Chronic HIV Care with ARV Therapy and preventionincluding IDU/HIV Co-management guidelines modules, including Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST )based on methadone or burprenorphine, can be used only after national adaptation. The guidelinesmodules need to be adapted to be conform to the policy, legal and operational national frameworkfor the management of drug users including the provision of OST .
