This policy defines youth as all young people , female and male from the age of 10 to 24 years. It will however be flexible and accommodate other young people, depending on their social and economic circumstances. Many times the word "adolescence", "youth" and "young people" are used interchangeable. Whenever specificity is desired this will be made clear in the'" policy.
