Description
The overall objective of this SEP is to define a program for stakeholder engagement, including public information disclosure and consultation throughout the entire project cycle. The SEP outlines approached in which MoH will communicate with stakeholders and includes a mechanism by which people can raise concerns, provide feedback, or make complaints about the project and its activities. MoH recognizes that stakeholder involvement is necessary for successful implementation of the project. Nation-wide containment of COVID-19 pandemic will necessitate appropriate communication strategies to rapidly yet effectively create awareness among culturally diverse regions of Uganda.
