This Privacy Notice describes the data that is collected by the Government of Uganda, Ministry of Health (MoH), through the electronic Health Information Systems (eHIS), and how it is used and shared. The Ministry is committed to protecting the personal data collected and maintaining the trust of users. Users of these electronic applications are requested to read and understand this Notice.�This Privacy Notice is subject to the laws applicable in the Republic of Uganda regarding data protection specifically the Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019.
