This epidemiological bulletin serves to inform all stakeholders at district, national, and global levels on disease trends, public health surveillance and interventions undertaken in detecting, preventing and responding to public health events in the country on a weekly basis. � In this issue, we bring you the following among others  National and district weekly surveillance reporting�  Suspected epidemic prone diseases.  Uganda��s updates on COVID-19  Regional reporting rates�  Public health events in border countries COVID-19 as 0f 18th May 2020  260 Cumulative cases of COVID-19 confirmed cases in the country�  63 recoveries�  A total of 73,485 specimens tested.  1,272 contacts under follow up  1,100 individuals under institutional quarantine.  Enhanced surveillance at designated Points of entry (PoE) is on going (fig 1)
