Description

In Week 42 of 2016, the proportion of health facilities that reported this week was 85.9% representing a 40.8% increase in reporting rate in comparison to the same week in 2015. Since week 1 of 2016, there has been a steady national reporting rate of 80% and above. Only 16.4% (19/116) districts had 100% of their health facilities reporting and 67.2% (78/116) of the districts achieved the national target of 80%. No district had �� 40% of its health facilities reporting this w eek. The district level performances in Week 42 have been presented in the figures below
