Description
In week 10 of 2016, all 112 (100%) districts reported. Average reporting rate was maintained at 74.4%. 10 districts had (100%) all of their health facilities reporting; 53 districts (47%) achieved the national target of 80% reporting. Only one (1) districts had less than 30% of the health facilities reporting this week. The district level reporting completeness week 10 has been presented in Figure 1.
