Description
In week 11 2016, all the 112 districts (100%) reported, with an average reporting rate of 77.6%. However, this was 5.2% decline from the previous week. Only 13 districts had 100% all of their health facilities reporting, and 57 districts (51%) achieved the national target reporting rate of 80%. No district had less than 30% of its health facilities reporting this week. The district level performance in week 11 have been presented in Figure below;
