Description
All the 112 (100%) districts reported in week 10, 2017 with an average reporting rate of 84%, only 15.5% (18/116) districts had 100% of their health facilities reporting and 60% (70/116) of the districts achieved the national target of 80%. Only one Kagadi district; had �� 40% of its health facilities reporting this w eek. The district level performances in Week 10 have been presented (Figure 1&2)
