Description
The proportion of health facilities that reported this week was 81.1% reflecting a 2.6% decrease in reporting rate in comparison to the same week in 2016. Only 12.9% (15/116) districts had 100% of their health facilities reporting and 62.1% (72/116) of the districts achieved the national target of 80%. Similar to the previous week, Kagadi district had �� 40% of its health facilities reporting. Timeliness of reports was at 79.0% (reports sent through phone (mTRAC) on Monday).
