Description

Reporting rate for November declined compared to October, as well as Reporting rate on time. Reporting rate by level of care were above target at only HCIVs and RRHs.Stock-out of Injectable contraceptives was 13.6% (a modest increase of 0.6% (about 1019 facilities)) compared to October. We continue to see more expiries of Injectable contraceptives happening at HCIIs. We registered an increase in the number of integrated SRHR outreaches. Uptake of post-partum family planning intervention remained low when compared to other reproductive maternal services. More institutional deliveries per 100 women of reproductive age were high among �� 24-year-old mothers contributing about 51%.
