Reporting rate for August slightly dropped compared to July, but Reporting rate on time modestly improved. Stock-out of Injectable contraception increased by 2% (about 902 facilities). An increase in the number of integrated outreach services. Uptake of post-partum family planning intervention remained low when compared to other reproductive maternal services.
