This manual is organised as two units in one module. Unit one focuses on human rights and health, and Unit Two discusses gender and health. The human rights Unit covers the existing international, regional, and national legal and policy frameworks and principles relating to health and human rights. Additionally, it includes steps on how to integrate the human rights-based approach to health programming and service delivery. Unit Two covers the key gender related concepts, gender analysis, gender responsive planning and budgeting, gender mainstreaming, sexual and gender-based violence, and sexual harassment
